The ECCO Pinch Bag Small is reimagined in mini proportions, offering the perfect grab-and-go solution for carrying only the essentials. Its compact, convenient and crafted from signature soft and pebbled Aerolyn ECCO Leather (certified compostable, organic, metal-free and chrome-free). It features a distinctive curved base and a convenient magnetic closure. Additionally, it includes a main compartment for a phone and a leather, microfiber-lined holder for six cards. Its removable leather strap ensures a snug fit underarm.

PRODUCT RETURNS

 

There are two options for returning a product:

  1. Please send an email to ae-info@ecco.com or call +971 54 581 0670, stating that you would like a refund and wish to arrange a courier to collect the products from your home. The charge for this service is AED 20, and the cost will be borne by the customer. Please also include your pick-up address in the email.

  2. Return the item directly to any ECCO store in the United Arab Emirates.

 

PRODUCT RETURN TERMS

 

Unworn items may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that the goods returned are unused and in their original condition, accompanied by an invoice. You may either organize the return via courier as per the process described above in point 1 or return the item directly to a store as described in point 2.

If the product(s) were purchased during a promotion or sale, only exchanges are permitted within 7 days from the date of delivery, accompanied by an invoice. No refunds will be provided.

  1. Returns of damaged, worn-out products, or products with missing accessories or invoices are not accepted.

  2. All products should be packed in their original packaging.

  3. Only items purchased via ecco.ae are eligible for return.

  4. The original invoice must be placed in the package.

  5. The refund for eligible products, as per the associated terms, will be deposited into your account within 14 business days. It may take up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account due to banking procedures.

 

PRODUCT EXCHANGE TERMS

  1. Exchanges are permitted for size and style only. If the product(s) were purchased during a promotion or sale, only exchanges are allowed within 7 days from the date of delivery, accompanied by an invoice. No refunds will be provided.

  2. The only available method for exchanges is to visit an ECCO store within the United Arab Emirates.

  3. The original invoice will be required at the time of exchange.

  4. In case of defective goods, they will be dealt with in accordance with the consumer protection law of the U.A.E.

 

SHIPMENT

  1. Your order will be shipped within 4 business days via Aramex.
